New Classroom Program to Combat Antisemitism, Racism and Hatred
To Be Unveiled at Lord Lansdowne Public School
TORONTO, September 14, 2005 – The
founders of Fighting Antisemitism Together (FAST) will launch their
first education program, Choose Your Voice, before an audience of Toronto
District School Board students and educators on Monday, September 19,
2005, at 1:00 p.m. EDT.
The event will include a special preview of a video with testimonials
of survivors of the Holocaust, the Rwandan genocide, and victims of
hatred in Canada. The video, which will be distributed to Ontario schools
this fall, is intended to spark discussion in the classroom on the

About FAST
FAST (Fighting Antisemitism Together) is a coalition of non-Jewish Canadian
business and community leaders who have come together to speak out against
antisemitism and to fund education and other projects that encourage other
non-Jews to speak out. This coalition was founded by Elizabeth and Tony Comper
in response to the documented increase in vicious anti-Jewish incidents in
Canada.
