Elizabeth and Tony Comper to Speak Out Against Antisemitism
Canadians
challenged to live by standards of equality, fairness and tolerance
VANCOUVER,
May 24, 2006 – Elizabeth and Tony Comper, founders
of FAST – Fighting Antisemitism Together – will speak at the
Annual General Meeting of the Jewish Federation of Greater Vancouver
on May 29th. Banding together with other influential
non-Jewish leaders in the business community, the Compers have
helped create an educational program and video that challenges
Canadians to “Choose Your Voice” and speak out against intolerance,
racism, and particularly, antisemitism.
